McLaren was ready to launch the epic new Artura Spider to the Australian market, and partnered with BEA to activate an exclusive, high impact event. BEA created a bespoke event concept including a custom event logo and pattern to create an immersive and unique experience.
Introducing… McLaren House. A private club house to host media, and people of influence as they experience the Artura Spider.
DELIVERABLES:
Creative Concept of McLaren House including custom logo, bespoke pattern, all design
Pre-production for two day event including venue sourcing, catering, production of custom materials
Live event management for bump in, guest management and bump out
Post production: budget reconciliation, post event report
