Milky Toner Launch Activation

To celebrate the launch of their new Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner, The Ordinary partnered with BEA to create an engaging activation in a prime Sydney location. Our objective was to elevate brand visibility and attract new customers.
The pop-up coffee kiosk and surrounding engagement activities were designed to highlight The Ordinary's prestige, accessibility and science-driven ethos. This high-impact event aimed to foster online engagement and enhance brand recall. Passersby were invited to enjoy complimentary coffee while filling out branded postcards in the sunshine before popping them into The Ordinary postbox. Each participant also received a gift bag containing product samples.
The activation drew consistent crowds throughout the weekend, effectively driving traffic and increasing brand awareness.
